Being a student who works hard everyday,it is very important to have a healthy eating habit.When I wake up in the morning,I start my breakfast with a glass of water.Then,I will usually have some bread,some ham,and an egg.I will make sure that I am full and energetic for the day.As for lunch,I enjoy eating a lot of vegetable,as well as some meat and grains.Since I am trying to loose weight,all I have for dinner is some fruits that are both healthy and delicious.That is my eating habit of the day,and I stay healthy because of it.
