音节中含有一个元音,称为单音节单词；如：a,at ,hi,meet,three,etc.
音节中含有二个元音,称为双音节单词；如：hello,alone,etc.
音节中含有三个或三个以上的元音,称为多音节单词；telegram,celebration,etc.
另外要注意的是,英语中还有一种“成音节”,也看作一个音节,所以含有成音节时,就要多计一个音节哟!如apple,little,able,model,often,eleven,lesson,pardon,certainly,season,etc.
